TWO WAY Fillet® - patented fillet tool: Clamp position and function differs from all other boards out there. Our clamp holds the mouth (not the tail) anchoring your fish in perfect fillet position from start to finish. This means your fish is anchored to the board for side one then easily unsnaps and turns your fish over, anchoring into board for side two. Unsnap the clamp with the fish attached for the final step of remains disposal. Clean many species of fish with our patented fillet system, including walleye, crappie, pike, catfish, bass, perch, bream, trout and more. Fish up to 30 inches have been cleaned. For fish with thinner-stretchy skin (such as trout or catfish) simply proceed slower, and you will be amazed what a great job can be done.

TWO WAY Fillet® Fillet A Better Way®
TWO WAY Fillet® is made from FDA medical grade plastic which means it is easy to clean and is easy on knife edges. Measuring 8 inches X 23 inches, the clamp has been designed to fit either end of the board. TWO WAY Fillet® is portable which means it can be used on your boat, at a cleaning station, at home, while ice fishing or kayaking. TWO WAY Fillet® helps any angler improve their fillet process, by preventing the slimy fish from slipping during the cleaning process.
Five rubber feet are securely mounted on the bottom of the board, helping prevent the board from slipping as well as raising the board surface one inch above the surface on which you are working. This gives your hand/knuckles room to glide along side the board giving you ability to keep your knife blade in the right position for filleting. This means TWO WAY Fillet® is ideal whether using a fixed blade or electric knife, no matter which fillet method you use.
